Processing Time
Custom Orders (Clubsport carpets, sets, nets, floor mats): production time 4–6 weeks. We manufacture to order in our workshop in Germany.
Stock Items (accessories, stickers, performance parts): usually ready for shipment within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Carrier & Delivery Time
We ship via DHL with tracking. Once your package is on its way, you will receive the tracking link via email.
- Germany: 1–2 business days after shipment
- EU: 3–7 business days after shipment
- International: 7–21 business days after shipment
Transport Insurance
All shipments are insured by DHL as standard up to €500. For higher merchandise values, we offer extended insurance upon request — contact us before ordering.
Customs & Import Duties (Non-EU)
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import VAT, and country-specific fees may apply. These costs are borne by the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. For customs clearance, we enclose a proper commercial invoice with each shipment.
Bulky Goods & Large Packages
For particularly bulky items (e.g., rear diffusers, body parts), different shipping costs may apply. You will be informed before completing your order.
Change Delivery Address
If you wish to change the delivery address after completing your order, please email us within 24 hours at mail@sternperformance.de with your order number.
