Returns & Revocation
Your 14-day right of revocation
As a private individual, you can revoke your order within 14 days of receipt. You can find the legal details in our revocation policy.
Important: Custom-made products are excluded from revocation
Clubsport carpets, sets, and nets are custom-made for your vehicle. If a product is marked as a custom order in the product description, the right of revocation is excluded in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB. Please check your selection carefully before ordering.
Stock items (accessories, decals, stickers, etc.) can be returned unchanged.
How to return
- Send us a short email to mail@sternperformance.de with your order number
- You will receive the return address and return form from us
- Pack the goods unused and in their original packaging
- Send the package to the specified address (postage paid by the customer)
- After inspection, we will refund the purchase price to your payment method within 14 days
Transit damage?
Should your package arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the damage. We will take care of the replacement — hassle-free.
Complaint
In case of material or manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by the above information.
